Rustic Sourdough Workshop
Pull up a seat at my table for my new workshop series: From Scratch Fridays! All workshops are held here at McKibbon Hollow, in Culleoka TN.
Friday, 3/21/25 at 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 (ish) p.m.
Sourdough should be for every kitchen; I believe this with my whole heart. It took me a year to figure out how to bake sourdough regularly for my family & simplify the process. And, I want to share with you what I’ve learned over the last 6 years in baking & loving all things Sourdough.
The workshop is a hands-on demonstration - we make my customer favorite, the Rustic Sourdough Boule, and I walk you through step-by-step. Your workshop will include a packet of information on all things sourdough starters as well as some of my favorite sourdough recipes & resources.
Because food is my love language, we will also break bread with a variety of yummy wild-yeast Sourdough treats to enjoy as we finish up the workshop.
All participants will take home some of my very active wild-yeast sourdough starter, Miss Doughlene, to start your sourdough journey at home. The workshop fee also includes support as you begin to bake bread in your home after the workshop.
Before you reserve your seat, please note:
Given that the nature of these workshops will focus heavily on instruction, I will not have childcare available for your little ones. Please make alternative arrangements for your children, so you can participate fully in the workshop.
All workshops must have a minimum of 4 attendees for the workshop to run. If the workshop is canceled due to attendance, you will be refunded.
Make sure to use an email you check frequently upon payment, as all details regarding the workshop will be sent there.
We do have a dog in the home, please be aware in case of allergies. He will be crated during our workshop, as he is loving but still a very excitable puppy!
So gather your friends and join me here at McKibbon Hollow to learn this nourishing skill for the cozy winter months. Let’s break some bread together!
