Sourdough Rye Boule
Made with our Fresh Milled Rye Sourdough Starter (Doughlores), and fresh milled Rye Flour, this boule is hearty with a deep rye sourdough flavor. I used a sorghum syrup local to Culleoka (grown and harvested and made into syrup right in Lynnville), to complement the fresh milled rye flour. It’s a delicious bite.
Ingredients: Fresh Milled Organic Rye Flour, Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Culleoka Sourdough Starter, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, The Mill’s Sorghum Syrup, Salt.
