Fresh Milled Sunken Fruit Bake
Made with fresh milled grains (soft white wheat & sorghum) and my Culleoka Sourdough Starter, this sunken fruit bake is my favorite way to make “quick pie” - and it doesn’t last long at my table.
When possible, my berries are locally sourced (handpicked by me!) and frozen at the peak of deliciousness.
Ingredients: Fresh Milled Soft White Wheat, Fresh Milled Sorghum, Butter, Milk, McKibbon Hollow Honey Vanilla Extract, Cinnamon, Butter, Baking Powder, Salt.
Your choice of Blueberry or Blackberry, or Mixed Berry.
